DEFINITIONS

In no event will Golden Goddess be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of its breach of this Agreement.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in User's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from interpretation or enforcement of these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed upon third party. User agrees that any claims, actions, or proceedings brought against Golden Goddess must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose.
CHANGES TO AGREEMENT
Golden Goddess reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its discretion from time to time without prior notice and will make reasonable efforts to inform User of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Platform, User agrees that they have reviewed these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them as amended.
TERMINATION
Golden Goddess may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect upon providing written notice to User without prejudice to its other rights available at law. Upon termination of this Agreement:
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Golden Goddess's liability for breach of this Agreement or any failure in performing its obligations under this Agreement shall be limited to direct damages suffered by User as a result thereof. Under no circumstances will Golden Goddess be liable for indirect or consequential losses, whether such claims are made in contract or tort.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement shall be governed and construed by the laws of Golden Goddess applicable in its jurisdiction. AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES

CHANGES TO SERVICES PROVIDED
Golden Goddess reserves the right to change any of its services or offer new ones at its discretion with immediate effect without prior notice. By continuing to access or use our Platform, User agrees that they have reviewed these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them as amended.
BINDING EFFECT
These Terms and Conditions shall bind User and their successors and assigns, together with Golden Goddess and its successors or assigns.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Golden Goddess in relation to the subject matter contained herein. User acknowledges that it has not relied on any representations made by anyone regarding this Agreement, except as provided in these Terms.
GOVERNING LANGUAGE
The original version of this Agreement is drawn up in English. Any translations or other interpretations produced for convenience are secondary and shall be disregarded if inconsistent with the text of this document.
